The Embassy is open to the public on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, which should preferably be requested by email to the relevant section (see list of offices).

The switchboard is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday (excluding public holidays – the list of public holidays can be found below).

The Consular Office of the Italian Embassy in Ljubljana is open from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 12.00, and can be reached at the following number: 00386 1 4262320.
