The Embassy’s territorial jurisdiction in consular and visa matters covers the entire country, with the exception of the following municipalities:

Consular Office at the Embassy of Italy in Ljubljana
Snežniška ulica 8, 1000 LjubljanaThe Embassy is open to the public on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, which should preferably be requested by email to the relevant section (see list of offices).
The switchboard is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday (excluding public holidays – please see the list below for a list of public holidays).
