The Italian Embassy in Ljubljana is open to the public on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, which should preferably be requested by email to the relevant section (see list of offices).
The switchboard is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays (excluding public holidays – see list of public holidays).
